Founded in 2016 by Sylwester Ostrowski, a renowned jazz saxophonist and the festival’s artistic director, along with the Szczecin Artistic Agency as its producer, this event aims to bring jazz to the masses through diverse communication methods. Under the motto “Jazz comes to you!”, the festival prioritizes reaching a wide audience by ensuring easy access to events, affordable ticket prices, and a rich variety of offerings.
In addition to performances by world-class jazz musicians, Szczecin Jazz features educational initiatives, publications, musical performances in unconventional venues, and unique promotional activities.
